Freedom Creation

Freedom comes from within. It is a state of mind. A belief that you are indeed free.
I recently discovered through a visit from an ex that I was holding thoughts about myself in relationship post break up. I had no idea that when I dug for and received my lesson that the result would be a greater sense of Freedom!!! I not only dug for the lesson, but had it before he even left for the airport!!! Here is my lesson... I learned that I am not the same person I used to be. Old reactions and feelings that no longer resonated or were true for me showed their colors all throughout the weekend. And, amazingly after the shock waves settled I found I was lacking nothing in the partner department. In fact, I had become my own partner. I love myself enough to know that I deserve better than that beautiful man I will always love has to offer. My oldest daughters response was the cherry on the sundae of this lesson. I explained that I did not feel this ex was worthy of our family.She said, "I know. I am glad you do too." Out of the mouths of babes.... indeed she knew before I did. We All learn and process our life experiences differently. For me, it took up close and personal to get a clue. Find whatever works for you...tackle that old relationship...Find your FREEDOM!
